Can you provide me with a set price per square meter?

We are not able to provide you with a set price per structure/square meter. Our prices are determined according to the size, type and finishings of the structure.

Our quotes and site visits are free of charge and obligation free. Please send us an email to info@banbricnorth.co.za with your requirements, and we shall provide you with a quote based on the specifications.

What is the difference between the Banbric North modular building concept, and bricks?

The Banbric North Building system consists of vibrated reinforced concrete. This results in a structure that is much stronger than other methods. Because our materials are ready-made, the time in which a structure can be completed is much less than other building methods. The pre-constructed parts are then assembled on the site, providing a sturdy, permanent structure.

Is the Banbric North Modular concept a 'D.I.Y' project?

No, our building system is like any other - we require relevant knowledge and understanding of the concept, building plans, municipal approval, the help of engineers and architechts. Thus our company does not provide materials that you are able to build yourself. 

Our team consists of highly trained individuals who ensure that you get the desired results.

Are Banbric North structures temporary or permanent?

Banbric North structures are permanent fixtures and should not be confused with dry-walling or other forms of temporary structures.

Can you build houses, classrooms, clinics etc?

Yes, our structures appear like any other 'normal' structure would. You have the option of exterior/interior paint, full finishing options, roofing of your choice - the only difference is: The walls of the structure are made out of steel reinforced concrete panels.
